âWhen I was young it was so easy, I could eat anything I wanted to. Why is it so hard now?â
âWhy do I have all this belly fat now?â
âI exercise every day, I don’t understand why I look this way.â
I get itâ¦ because I was just like you, and I have experienced these same frustrations personally.
I know what it is like:

â¦ to yo-yo back and forth from diet to dietâ¦

â¦ to exercise 6 days a week, and not lose one pound even with all the effort I was putting forthâ¦
â¦ OR (the worst) was that once I would finally âget aheadâ and lose some weight, it wasnât long before I was right back where I started!
One day, in the midst of my frustration and feeling really bad, I threw up my hands and decided to try a new way of eating and exercisingâ¦.What did I have to lose?
I was scared at first that this new way of exercising and eating would make me gain weightâ¦ but I had to trust my bodyâs signals.
Today, I sleep well, eat with ease, and I’m also able to exercise for optimal energy, all of which contributes to helping me maintain my weight in a sustainable way.
This is why Iâve dedicated my life to helping women just like you lose weight, look great, and feel amazing in their skin.
