My name is Kay AndrÃ©, I was born in Berlin (Germany) and I studied International Media and Computing at University of Applied Sciences (HTW-Berlin) with focus on Game Technology & Interactive Systems. Killer Snake is a reaction game developed by Copenhagen Creators. In my Internship I ported the existing Android / IOS version to the Apple TV and Published it.

This is my very early Hovercraft time-racing prototype. The game is inspired by games like TrackMania and WipEout.

I'm developing this little OpenGL 3+ Demo to improve my C++, OpenGL and GLSL knowledge. Some of these topics I've never used / implemented before, so I want to change that.

This very simple air-hockey game was a part of my "Game engines" exam. We only got the air-hockey pusher, the hockey puck model and one hour creating time. The c# code and level I made myself.

In the lecture AI for Games, we got a mini game to develop an Artificial intelligence for control a car, it should follow a random track of pylons.
The car can only accelerate, decelerate and steer. I calculate first the angle between the car and the first target. Rotate the car by tuning the steering wheel and accelerate slowly. Is the angle achieved, the car stops rotating and uses the maximum acceleration.
At the beginning we used simple seek and flee methods to drive around the obstacle and pass the checkpoints, later we implemented and used the A star search algorithm.
